Does the app stop being free?
No. The Free version keeps checkpoint scanning, shifts, incidents, photos, GPS, offline PDF reports, and your company name and logo. Team is optional and removes Guard Tour Log branding from the report.
What does Team add?
A fully company-branded PDF report, without the “Made with Guard Tour Log · guardtourlog.com” footer.
Is there a free trial?
No. Team is billed monthly from the day you subscribe, and you can cancel any time. The app itself stays free for as long as you like — everything except the company-branded report works without paying.
Can I change the number of guards?
Yes. Change your team size yourself at any time from Billing in the web app.
Can I cancel?
Yes, cancel anytime.
Does it still work offline?
Guard Tour Log stays offline-first: scanning, logging, incidents and PDF reports all work with no connection. Activating Team on a device is intended to need a connection once.
